It has recently come to the knowledge of his kajesty's Goverment that Kr. Alfred Fuse Scott who was before the war the British Vice-Consul at Yap, Karoline Islands, although possibly british mibject, is really an employs of the German Jaluit Company.

It is possible that this information may be

useful for your guidance as it is also known that air. Scott was in correspondence as recently us kay last with P. Werner of the German Lotion hard at Feking.
